Goals for Weeks 4,5 and 6

Hey! My new goals for weeks 4, 5 and 6;
1. 90% compliance for eating
2. 5 to 6 workouts per week
3. 6 servings of fruits/veges per day
4. 32 oz water during work day
5. get to bed 9:45 most nights
6. Lose inches!!!
7. Keep non-structured activity UP! (Goal is 180 min./week)
